Beginners Sewing
Beginners Sewing
Start at the very beginning with threading the machine, and learn some basic sewing skills.
Service Description
This class is designed for those who have very little to zero sewing experience. We start at the very beginning with threading the machine, and learn some basic sewing skills that become a great foundation for you to build on. Over the three evenings you will make a patchwork bag and a cushion cover, learning everything from handling the machine and fabrics properly, to sewing in a zip. Everything needed for the class is provided, just bring yourself and your sewing machine if you have one. If you have a machine I do recommend learning with it as it will help you to become familiar with your particular machine’s quirks, however I do have machines available to borrow. **Our machine numbers are limited, so please let us know if you will be needing one!**
